 Regular Class Attendance: Recent records indicate inconsistencies in your
attendance, raising concerns about your commitment to your teaching responsibilities.
 Professional Attire: Adherence to the school's dress code policy is crucial in maintaining
a professional environment. There have been observations of deviations from the expected
professional attire.
 Unauthorized Leaving of School Premises: Unauthorized absences during school hours
disrupt both your teaching duties and the overall school operations.
 Issuance of Grades to Advisers: Timely and accurate issuance of grades is essential for
student progress and communication with parents. Delays or inconsistencies in this area
have been noted.
