Content
Directions are guidance or supervision of action or conduct. In other words, they provide a guide on how
to perform or finish an action. They are everywhere - school and at home, and they may be written on paper or
spoken aloud.
Though mostly easy to follow, directions can sometimes be difficult to perform. Sometimes it is okay to
say “I don’t know.” Yet, sometimes it is best to ask for more information or for help. You can ask someone from
your family. You could also talk to your teacher. And even better, you can always consult either Mr. Encyclopedia
or Mr. Google.
Following one – step direction, however, is basically easy to follow. You just have to read the instructions
carefully and correctly.

Example:
1. What number is between 7 and 9? 8
2. Write any number that is between 1 and 10. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
