In the invention in claim preceding clause of the claims of this application is this
field of the invention field before the application like the lower part, since the
human having the normal knowledge is easy the human can invent patent cannot be
received according to the article 29(2) of Patent Act.

1. The examination details

It had with f and the examiner the Notification of Reason for Refusal through
2023.02.03 Notification of Reason for Refusal the inventive step reason for refusal
(the article 29(2) of Patent Act) with respect to this, the applicant submitted the
Amendment and Written Opinion in 2023.04.03.

2. The Amendment, the Written Opinion content and reason for refusal solution
acceptance and rejection

While the applicant submitted the Amendment it did and added the content of the
detailed description of the invention and claim 9,10 to claim 1 and claim 8 of the
application in order to overcome the inventive step reason for refusal, it submitted.

But the still corrected claim 1 and 8 claim include the reason for refusal that the
normal technical engineer easily can invent with the cited inventions of the cylinder
keep out cold Notification of Reason for Refusal.

There the particular correction and opinion are no rest claim 2-7,11-15 claim.
Therefore as it describes in the cylinder keep out cold Notification of Reason for
Refusal it can draw easily from cited inventions.

3. Written Opinion review of claim

a. The insistence of the applicant

The influence is minimized in the step, that the applicant includes the definite value

prediction apparatus (110) predicts the cardiovascular disease incidence or not the
DNN architecture taking the total cholesterol, and the force kinds input value of the
neutral lipid and HDL-CHOL and outputs the LDL-C to force kinds input value (the
total cholesterol, and the HDL-CHOL and neutral lipid) to the DNN architecture
component dot and force kinds input value (the total cholesterol, and the HDL-CHOL
and neutral lipid) in the component dot, and the cited invention 2 based on the EMR
data (EMR P) of the patient and medical image data (CT P) of the patient and it is
disclosed that the generated foreseen outcome (PRD) stores in the prediction result
data base (130). Therefore that the total cholesterol of the cited invention 1,2, and
the data transmission and storage are changed a design and the LDL cholesterol is
outputted using the HDL-CHOL and neutral lipid to DNN the normal technical engineer
can draw easily the LDL cholesterol prediction and data movement it is determined and
since it is the predictable level and no more the effect due to that enough cannot
recognize the insistence of the applicant.

In the cited invention 1 about the insistence ②, the DNN architecture taking the total
cholesterol, and the force kinds input value of the neutral lipid and HDL-CHOL and
outputs the LDL-C to force kinds input value (the total cholesterol, and the
HDL-CHOL and neutral lipid) to the DNN architecture component dot and force kinds
input value (the total cholesterol, and the HDL-CHOL and neutral lipid) is described
about the component dot. Therefore that it changes a design outputting the LDL
cholesterol to DNN and the normal technical engineer can draw easily the DNN system
server and DNN model DNN model are determined and since it is the predictable level
and no more the effect due to that enough cannot recognize the insistence of the
applicant.

There was no opinion of being particular about the rest claim 2-7,11-15 claim.
Therefore the content of the existing Notification of Reason for Refusal was
overcome.

4. Outcome

The normal technical engineer still easily could invent from cited inventions and
claim 1-8,11-15 cancelled the existing reason for refusal and it cannot become the
basis in which the applicant insistence of the Written Opinion supports the inventive

step. Therefore it thus rejects. End.
