AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE
I, ERNESTO D. SUAZO, of legal age, with office address at People’s Center, Capitol
Compound, Barangay Poblacion, City of Balanga, Bataan, and an employee of the Regional
Trial Court Branch 93, after being sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am a messenger of the Regional Trial Court Branch 93 with the office address at
People’s Center, Capitol Compound, Barangay Poblacion, City of Balanga, Bataan;

2. On September 11, 2023, I served a copy of the following pleading/paper by registered

mail in accordance with Section 10, Rule 13 of the Rules of Court:

in Case No. 031898 entitled In the Matter of the Petition for the Probate of Will of
Jessie G. James by depositing a copy in the post office in a sealed envelope, plainly

Receipt No. 052798, attached and with instructions to the post master to return the mail
to sender within ten (10) days if undelivered.
