RE: FINAL DEMAND LETTER FOR PAYMENT OF RENT AND VACATE THE
PREMISES

Dear Mr. Olo,

My client, MS. MARGARET THATCHER, owner of the house and lot located at 027,
Victorian St. Smithville Village, Barangay Bahay Toro, Quezon City, has referred to my office
regarding your overdue rental payments.
I would like to inform you that your debt is already EIGHTY (80) DAYS past due as of
January 24, 2024 with an outstanding balance of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED PERSOS (Php 18,500.00), inclusive of the penalties and other charges. Record
shows that, despite repeated demands and various collection efforts, your overdue payments
remain unsettled.
Please be reminded that my client has sent you multiple demand letters requesting that
you pay your overdue rent and vacate the premises, but the letters have gone unanswered.
Consider this then as my client’s FINAL DEMAND for you to settle your account within TEN
(10) DAYS from receipt and to vacate the premises within TWENTY (20) from receipt of this
notice. Otherwise, my client will be constrained to file a lawsuit to safeguard her interests.
