A young and dynamic person who has good technical skill in installation, maintenance, sizing
and troubleshooting of Solar (PV) system. He is a fast learner and could works under pressure
and extreme environment at sites and at any other circumstances.
Responsibilities
● Scheduled Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of solar panels and associated components to
identify issues or damage, including dirt, debris, loose connections, and signs of wear and tear. All to
ensure the optimal operation and maintenance of solar energy systems, including solar panels, inverters,
ACDB, DCJB, MSB, and associated equipment.
● Cleaning and Maintenance: Plan and execute cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal solar
panel performance together with other PV Technicians , general worker or sub-contractor
● Equipment Repairs: Diagnose and repair or replace malfunctioning or damaged solar components, such
as inverters, wiring, and connectors.
● Monitoring and Analysis: Continuously monitor solar system performance using online tools and apps,
analyzing data to identify deviations from expected efficiency. Evaluate energy production, voltage,
current, and temperature data for troubleshooting.
● Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime
and extend the lifespan of solar equipment, proactively replacing parts before they fail.
● Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including severe weather events or
equipment failures, to minimize downtime and ensure the safety of the solar installation.
● Communication: Works and plan with team members, engineer , managers, and solar system owners,
providing regular updates on system performance, maintenance activities, and any required repairs or
replacements.
