‫التكنولوجيا الماليه مش حاجه جديده خالص‪ ،‬استخدام التكنولوجيا في الخدمات الماليه بدأ من زمان جدا‪ ،‬في‬
‫زمن المقايضة التكنولوجيا الماليه كانت ظهور العمالت المعدنيه‪ ،‬وف زمن العمالت المعدنيه كانت‬
‫البنكنوت‪.‬‬
‫كلمه ‪ FinTech‬هي اللي جديده وبدأت تظهر من ‪2008‬‬

‫البنوك كانت لوحدها بتقدم الخدمات دي مجتمعه بشكل حصري لحد مظهرت شركات ال ‪ FinTech‬ودي‬
‫شركات بتركز علي خدمه واحده او اتنين وساعات اجزاء من الخدمات وتحاول تقدمها بشكل احسن من‬
‫البنك‬

Digital On-Boarding:
Any mean of onboarding a customer digitally without having the
customer physically be in branch

E-KYC:
Electronic KYC through digital means like face ID, fingerprint, voice
recognition, phone number authentication and others without having the
customer physically at a branch.

PSD2 “Payment Services Directive 2”:

A directive that allows third part providers to both access one or all
customer account in on or all banks in the EU as well as make a

Sharing Economy
Sharing Economy is a P2P economic model where a person who owns an
asset shares that asset for a short period of time with another person for a
return (mostly money). It consists of 3 components. The supply which is the
person who owns the asset, the demand, which is the person who wants to
use the asset and the platform where they two get to meet. Uber is the best
example of sharing economy.

A computer program that automatically performs the contract content when
certain conditions are met
