Dear Hiring Manager,

I am very excited to apply for the position of Attorney at Bernardo & Partners, LLC.
This position first intrigued me because of the firm's specialization in immigration law. I have
a strong passion for serving underrepresented communities and individuals, and I hope to
bring my dedication and knowledge to your firm.
I studied International Relations at Rose Bloom University and earned my
undergraduate degree. During my undergraduate years, I held the position of Volunteer
Coordinator at a nonprofit organization that offers medical and financial assistance to people
in need who live abroad.

Directly after obtaining my bachelor's degree, I entered Granite Bay Law School with a
perfect score on my LSAT exam. Here, I earned my Juris Doctor degree. Since graduating
with my degree, I've accepted refugee and asylum cases with international clients in a legal
clinic setting.

My work since graduation has helped me refine my communication skills and better
understand the challenges that immigrants face in a legal setting. I feel prepared to offer my
knowledge and expertise to Bernardo & Partners, LLC, and I'm excited about all the growth
this position can offer.

I look forward to speaking with you in more detail about this opportunity. If you have
any additional questions about my qualifications or experience, please contact me by email or
phone at any time. Thank you very much for your consideration.

Sincerely,
Marcus Hawthorne
