IMPORTANT Note: To obtain consistency of the resin floor thickness, the concrete base shall be casted by controling the levelness and
flatness during concreting process. For wet area, substrate shall cast to fall.

Substrate Requirement :
( a ) Power floated concreate without hardener. Suggest to specify floor flatness of SR 2 conditions.
( b ) Surface regularity is defined as the flatness or measure waviness of the screeded surface.
( c ) Compressive stregth of the concrete shall be minimum 25 N/mm2 and pull of strength at least 1.5N/mm2, and shall be allowed for full cured in 28 days.

( d ) The application of Moisture Tolerance System is required for Moisture Content more than 4 % prior any application of any resin floor.
( e ) The concrete floor shall provide movement joints, design spec shall be provided by Engineer.

Term & Conditions:

(a) The above market rates are indicative only and may not reflect actual rates prevailing at the time of award of contract.
(b) Treatment of specific details such as M&E related fixtures, special surface preparation (defective concrete, contaminated area, etc), protective screed/board, etc are
excluded.
(c) It is strongly recommended that an experienced specialist applicator company shall be appointed to carry out the works.
(d) Terms of payment and other conditions of the ‘supply and apply’ contract are to be negotiated and agreed between the Client and the Applicator.
