Team, the management is pleased to advise some changes to the current working arrangement for the
respective employee group, with immediate effect, as follows:-

Group New Working Arrangement


RSC Office- RSC team will adopt hybrid work model where they are required to physically report to
based office 4 days and 1 day Work From Home (WFH)/Work From Anywhere (WFA) each week.
employees For avoidance of doubt, following are the guidelines for this working arrangement:-
i. HODs are responsible to ensure the control and conduct for their respective
departments. HODs must submit the monthly schedule to HR for record purposes. This
is necessary for HR administrative purposes in the event of unplanned incidents.
ii. Not applicable for the week that have 1 or more Public Holiday(s) in the weekdays
(from Monday to Friday)
iii. Employee must report to superior their whereabouts and remain contactable
throughout the day
This arrangement is based on trust and integrity. Anyone who are found to abuse this
arrangement shall be managed via disciplinary measures accordingly.
RSC team are required to perform store visit once every 3 months (quarterly). The purpose
of this visit is to connect with the operations team and bring value with each visit. The
agenda to be covered during this visit will be store inspection (as per checklist form
provided by QA); while also connecting with the operations team and provide necessary
support eg offer help if stores are shorthanded, observe other matters eg safety,
maintenance etc and channel critical issues to the respective person-in-charge for onward
action.
Restaurant 5 working days and 2 Rest Days for Restaurant Management Team per week. With this
Management arrangement, Restaurant Management Team are required to clock-in 45 hours per week;
Team and the normal working hours per day is 10 hours including 1 hour break per day.
For avoidance of doubt, following are the guidelines for this working arrangement:-
i. Wing Leaders are responsible for preparing the monthly schedule and uploading it in
Rymnet. Any changes must be properly updated to reflect the actual working
days/hours.
ii. In the event that the managers are required to work Full Shift, the extra hours will be
considered as Over Time. Wing Leaders are required to ensure that all alternatives are
considered before approving the Full Shit or Over Time.

Should you require further clarification, please liaise with the Human Resources Department or your
superior accordingly.
