IMAGE CAPTION GENERATOR

Project Objective:

The main objective of our project is:

● To build a model that can automatically generate descriptive captions for Images.
● To optimize the performance of the CNN-LSTM model, involving fine-tuning
thearchitecture, hyperparameters, and training processes.
● To effectively harness the Flickr dataset for training, this includes data
preprocessing tasks such as image resizing, caption tokenization, and aligning
visual and textual data.

Work Completed:

1. Data preprocessing done.

2. Baseline training completed.

3. All the software requirements are met.

Percentage of work done:

45% since the last report.

Progress of work:

Fine-tuning is in progress.
