Synopsis
Credit Union is a business entity based on the principles of people's economic
movement. It is demanded to adapt to changes like increasingly advanced technology and the
emergence of new competitors to support its continuity. Based on this reason, the research is
conducted by analyzing the performance of Arjuna Satria Nusantara Credit Union using the
Balanced Scorecard method. The Arjuna Satria Nusantara Credit Union is chosen because it
is newly established and has the potential to become a large cooperative. From the results of
the Balanced Scorecard analysis, it shows that Arjuna Satria Nusantara Credit Union has
some positive results. Nevertheless, there are still some aspects that need to be improved. The
authors formulate strategies to improve its performance, especially in the industry era 4.0.
