Notice regarding payment of college fees for Semester III & IV


Date: 01.12.2021

All the B.A./ B.Sc. Honours/ General students of Semester-III and Semester-V
students (July, 2021 to December, 2021) of Haldia Government College are
hereby instructed to pay their college fees (Admission fee, Tuition fees, Session
charge and other fees) through the online payment gateway within the stipulated
period given below:

(Click on “Fees payment: Sem III/ V” at college website)

Student’s login Students ID: College Roll No. (Check your ID card for Roll no.)
details Password: Date of Birth in DDMMYYYY format

Fees details BSc(H):1350/- BSc(G):1175/-
BA(H):1105/- BA(G): 930/-
*The fees of students under half/ full freeship will be adjusted accordingly

Steps for Online Fees payment:


1. Go to the link: https://erp.haldiagovtcollege.org.in/StudentPortal/Login.aspx
OR
(Click on “Fees payment: Sem III/ V” at college website)
2. Login using Students ID (College Roll No.) and Password (Date of Birth in
DDMMYYYY format)
3. If you forget you’re your Roll no go to “Click to Find your Student ID”
section
4. After login click on “PAY ONLINE” or “Pay Fees Online”
5. Click on “Continue”
6. Check Mobile no and Email and change these if necessary
7. Check the amount and Click on the checkbox “Tick to Confirm before payment”
8. Click on “Pay”
9. Pay the amount
10. After successful payment receipt will be generated
