The following employees in the cadre of OFFICE EXECUTIVE attached to different establishments as mentioned
against each, who have been empanelled for promotion to the post of SR OFFICE EXECUTIVE, vide Recommendation
No. CPS/35/2023 dat€d 14.09.2023 (under Anneru.e- lV) of the Standing Selection Committe€ are, hereby, appointed
on promotion 1t" CeS; to the post of SR OFFICE EXECUTIVE with retrospective effect from respective dates mentioned
against each in the appropriate index of level 5 of Pay Matrix and other allowances as may be admissible as per
prescribed rules in terms of the provision under "Career Protression Scheme" vide Office Order No. 89 dated
16.02.2009 read with Office Order No. 116 dated.28.04.2009.5882 dated 25.04.2001.5/1396 dated 08.10.2001, P/71
dated 04.04.2002, P/725 dated 21.06.2OO2, Circular No. 2312001 dated 24.09.2007, Circular No. 03/2007 dated
17.03.2007 and Office Order No. MPP/Career Path/2079141 dated 20.07.2019.

On promotion they will continue to remain posted at their existing places oI postint until further order.

lf transferred in the meantime the effect of the promotion shall be tiven at the translerred place of postint of
the employees.

lnter-se-seniority of the employees under this order shall be determined as per existing rules

This order of promotion is subject to fulfillment of the criteria vide Clauses No. 6 & 7 of the Office Order No. P/125
dated: 21.06.2002 read with ROPA - 2020 issued vide Office Order No. 1782 dated: 22.02.2020 & Circular No. 01/2011
dated: 14.01.2011 and necessary modification order would be issued, if required, towards compliance of the provisions
as stated, if it is detected and confirmed by the R&MP Cell, WBSEDCL subsequently.

The finance concerned shall take steps towards fixation of their pay at the appropriate stage in the time scale of
pay as per relevant provision of the Office Order No. 5882 dated 25.04.2001 read with Office Order No. P/12 dated
21.05.2002.
