understanding and approval for my absence from school on November 16, 2023, due to my
involvement in a significant community event.

On November 16, 2023, there will be a Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) turnover event in our
barangay, where responsibilities and roles within the youth council will be passed on to newly
elected officials. I have been actively involved in the SK, holding a position that requires my
participation in this turnover ceremony.

The event is scheduled to take place from 10:30 am to 12:00 nn. I believe that my
participation in this community activity is an important aspect of my civic responsibility and will
contribute positively to the local youth governance.

I assure you that I will make every effort to minimize the impact of my absence on my
academic responsibilities. I am committed to catching up on any missed assignments, and I will
coordinate with my classmates to obtain class notes and information.

I understand the importance of attending classes regularly, and I sincerely hope for your
