    TO: MR. JOHN ROBERT B. DELICA

    Pursuant to Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang


    Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, you are hereby appointed as the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary
    of Barangay Ibaba Del Sur Paete, Laguna effective upon taking your oath of Office and
    undergoing the SK Mandatory Training and shall serve such capacity with all the rights, privileges
    and responsibilities appurtenant there to until the end of the term of the appointing authority unless
    sooner removed.
