MY LEARNING EXPERIENCE IN PATH FIT 1

In PATH Fit 1, I had the opportunity to delve into the world of movements competency learning.
This meant understanding and perfecting the techniques of each exercise, ensuring that I
executed them with utmost precision and efficiency. Our instructor was amazing at breaking down
the movements and teaching us the proper form, helping us achieve mastery.

However, there were some challenges along the way, especially when it came to the execution of
the exercises. There were times when my hips would start to ache, making it difficult to continue
with the workout. It was frustrating, but I knew I had to find ways to modify the exercises so that
I could still participate without aggravating the discomfort.

Another struggle that I faced was staying awake during class. The initial moments of the workout
would sometimes make me feel drowsy, but like magic, as soon as our instructor started
demonstrating the exercises, my sleepiness would instantly disappear. Their passion and energy
were contagious, and I found myself fully engaged and focused on following their lead.

I truly appreciate our instructor for their exceptional teaching skills and ability to execute the
exercises flawlessly. Their expertise and dedication were evident in every session, and I really owe
my progress to their guidance. They not only taught us how to perform the movements correctly
but also pushed us to improve our form, helping us reach new levels of strength and fitness.

All in all, my learning experience with PATH Fit 1 has been incredibly rewarding. Despite the
challenges, I feel grateful for the opportunity to be guided by such a talented instructor. Their
teaching style and execution of the exercises have played a crucial role in my development and
growth. I can confidently say that PATH Fit 1 has been a transformative journey, thanks to the
brilliance of our instructor.
