This is to inform you that the tenor of the above gold loan outstanding in your name will expire and the same
would be overdue and fall due for repayment on 08.03.2024. You are therefore requested to pay the
outstanding dues in the above account before the said due date.

Kind attention is invited to the Terms and Conditions of the loan as acknowledged by you in favour of the
Bank whereby you have agreed that the Bank will have the power to sell the pledged gold articles for
realisation of Bank’s dues, if you fail to clear the dues on or before the due date.

You are therefore hereby informed by virtue of this notice to remit the above amount with up-to-date dues
including interest/charges/all other amounts due to the Bank on or before 08.03.2024, failing which the
Bank will be forced to recall the loan whereupon the entire loan outstanding shall become due and payable
forthwith and Bank would be proceeding to recover the dues by sale of the gold ornaments pledged by you
with the Bank as security for the above loan in public auction through e- auction platform ............ or through
physical auction at the branch premises on ............... at .............. through private treaty on same or later
date if the public auction is not successful. You are also hereby further informed that in case the proceeds of
the sale is insufficient to discharge your liability under the above gold loan, the bank is entitled to recover
the outstanding dues from you and your assets.

Further, please take notice that as per RBI Guidelines all the linked accounts in your name would turn NPA
in the event of non – regularisation of above account, whereupon Bank will be forced to recall and proceed
for auction in all such linked accounts in your name as well. Account wise details of such linked accounts and
due amount in each account can be collected from the lending branch.
