Welcome to our 16th Annual Catalogue and Modesty Resource Guide ! Our first catalogue since 2009, we hope you will enjoy it! Alot has happened since then, and many of your have kept up with us online. From the court case for our printing equipment (which we lost) to our girls leaving, our 3 boys disabled with autism, new baby Liam (now 2yrs!) , and my mothers cancer (cured for now! Praise God!) all in just 2 years. It sort of knocked the wind out of us, so to speak, and so weve been playing catch up. Ive missed connecting with many of you we consider friends, but honestly I have been plain burned-out. Frankly, scared we would dissapoint you all. Overwhelmed can be my middle name these days. With that said, after much soul searching we decided to keep LFFA going and got busy catching up with titles we have been behind in, purchased new equipment, updated other equipment, redesigned a brand new website and started filling up our stock. All in hopes of being able to keep orders going out to you. Times have changed and many items from suppliers, are now running out of print quickly. So, please consider many of our items while supplies last. Sadly, we cant guarantee what we have in stock today will be in print next week anymore. We are slowly phasing out backorders - so will ship you in-stock items only and cancel some backorders so you no longer have to wait for incoming backorders. While this initially seemed good, it caused us alot of paperwork and backlog here and much frustration for you. We are now trying to rectify that. OUR BACK-ORDER POLICY: If a back-ordered item will be in stock within a reasonable amount of time, then we will either hold your order, or automatically put it on back order and ship the item as soon as our stock arrives. We are slowly phasing out backorders. Sometimes an order is taken with a back order, only to find the item is out of print. At that time a credit is automatically issued and put on your account with us and a Credit Slip included in your order. OUR RETURN POLICY: It is extremely important to us that you are happy with your order from us. We try our best to package things well, but rarely items will get damaged or mistakes are made. All Returns must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. Shortages or Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order for exchange or credit only. All reports after that time will not be honored. All orders now include a Return Form. A Return Authorization (RA) is necessary.
