Rounds:
The tournament will consist of three rounds of 1h30m (90min) each, this includes pairings, finding
your table and setting up.
Scenario’s will be determined at random, but will be determined from the “Rules Manual” (page 139 –
151)

People will be paired randomly for the first round and a swiss system will be used for subsequent
rounds.
When the scenario is completed, or when time is up; in which case the current phase is finished and
the game is the stopped. Report the scored VP of both players to the tournament organizer who will
award points accordingly.
In each scenario you can score up to 12VP, which will translate to scoring points in the following way:
* Draw: If a player score the same amount of VP as his/her opponent, both players score 10pts
• Minor victory: If a player scores 1 to 2 more VP than his/her opponent, the player with more
VP scores 12pts, his/her opponent scores 8pts.
• Victory: If a player scores 3 to 5 more VP than his/her opponent, the player with more VP
scores 15pts, his/her opponent scores 5pts.
• Major victory: If a player scores 6 to 7 more VP than his/her opponent, the player with more
VP scores 18pts, his/her opponent scores 2pts.
• Massacre!: If a player scores 8+ more VP than his/her opponent, the player with more VP
scores 20pts, his/her opponent scores 0pts.

Sportsmanship:
At the end of each round of play, participants are required to score their opponent’s sportsmanlike
behaviour on a scale of 0 to 5, with 5 being the most sportsmanlike behaviour and 0 the very worst.
(Scorings of 0 will be investigated by the organizers, as scoring a 0 implies a participant’s behaviour is
so completely unsportsmanlike, none would wish to play against that person ever again.)

Painting:
During the second Break, participants are required to leave their armies on the table for the organizers
to judge.
Points are awarded for the following painting sub-categories:

Basing (painted and decorated bases for all models) - up to 5 points
