He is a lawyer from Antioquia,

graduated from the University of
Medellin, has more than 20 years of
experience and is known for being one
of the best lawyers in South America,
he is founder and partner of a law
firm that he established with his three
sisters.

He is a person with a vision

disability where this has not
prevented him from achieving his
dreams, in fact he has stood out
as one of the best in his
profession, where in 2007 he
launched and created his own law
firm.

He is recognized as one of the

leaders in diversity and inclusion in
the region within the legal world,
being awarded by the prestigious
British publication Chambers &
Partners. His firm has become an
inclusive work space where women,
members of Afro and LGBTI
communities work equally.

He has always set aside his disability

and it has not prevented him from
reaching high ranking positions, he
currently serves as legal advisor to
some of the most important firms in
Colombia, such as Postobón,
Bancolombia, Argos Group, Leasing
Corficolombiana, the World Bank,
Davivienda and even Coca Cola.
