Photoshoot Agreement with Model

This Photoshoot Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on …………………, by

1. Services:
The Photographer agrees to Capture the Model for a photoshoot on ……………….....
at ………………….. The specific details of the photoshoot are outlined in Schedule A
attached hereto.

2. Compensation:
In consideration of the photoshoot and the Model's participation, the
Photographer agrees to pay the Model the total sum of Rs 4,500 per session, as
detailed in Schedule B attached hereto.

3. Copyright and Usage:

The Photographer retains the copyright to all images captured during the
photoshoot. The Model is granted a personal use license to use the images for
non-commercial purposes. Commercial use, publication, or distribution without
the Photographer's written consent is prohibited.

4. Model Release:
The Model grants the Photographer the right to use the images, or any portion
thereof, for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the Photographer's
website, portfolio, social media, and marketing materials.

5. Expenses:
Any expenses incurred by the Model in connection with the photoshoot, such as
travel or accommodation, shall be the responsibility of the Model unless
otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any information obtained during the
photoshoot, including but not limited to creative concepts, locations, and
personal details.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, both parties agree to provide
reasonable notice and attempt to find an alternative date for the photoshoot.

9. Training:
The Model agrees to undertake any necessary training or guidance provided by
the Photographer or their designated representative. This training may include
but is not limited to posing techniques, expressions, and other relevant skills
required for the successful execution of the photoshoot.

10. Posing:
The Model commits to providing a variety of poses during the photoshoot, as
directed by the Photographer. These poses may include, but are not limited to,
poses that are deemed appropriate for the theme and style of the photoshoot.
The Model agrees to cooperate fully with the Photographer's instructions and
vision for the shoot.

11. Wardrobe:
The Model agrees to wear various outfits as may be required for the photoshoot.
This may include outfits that are considered stylish, fashionable, and in line with
the agreed-upon theme of the shoot. The Model acknowledges that some poses
and outfits may be of a sensual or sexy nature, as discussed and agreed upon prior
to the photoshoot.

12. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of British and European Countries. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement
shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London
Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

13. Jurisdiction:
Any legal action or proceeding arising under or in connection with this Agreement
shall be brought exclusively in the courts of London Court of International
Arbitration (LCIA).

14. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Photographer
and the Model and any prior agreements, whether oral or written will not be
considered superseded during the photoshoots.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Photoshoot

Agreement as of the date first above written.

To be agreed upon availability of the location – To be executed as soon as possible
due to strict deadline.

Schedule B - Compensation:
Payment to be made per session, paid via bank transfer.
