MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF SCHOOL SELECTION COMMITTTE

FOR RANKING OF T-ll APPLICANTS

Due to the retirement from the service of Mr. Teody R. Quinto– Teacher 2 of Tapian Elementary
School effective January 15, 2024, Mr. Warlito P. Constantino PSDS of Santa Cruz South District advised
our Administrative Officer to announce vacancy of Teacher ll position in the District.
One applicant from Tapian Elementary School submitted letter of intent with pertinent papers
namely; Mrs. Princess Yvonne S. Pielago – Teacher 1 of Tapian Elementary.
As needed, Mr. George Giovanni Preclaro – Principal of Tapian Elementary School/ Chairperson
conducted a conference with the school ranking committee at the school office last January 16, 2024.
The group evaluated the documents of the qualified applicant one by one and applied equivalent scores
on the different criteria. After the process of evaluation and verification the committee prepared the
official school rank list of teacher applicants for promotion.
Then, the chairperson convened with the applicant on January 17 at Tapian Elementary School
informing her the result of the selection process. Furthermore, the concerned applicant was asked to
provide some lacking documents as MOV’s in her submitted papers. After the interview the chairperson
informed that the School rank list, endorsement and pertinent papers will be forwarded to the District
Administrative Officer as soon as the documents are completed.
