MECHANICAL SYSTEM
AIR CONDITIONING WORKS
Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning & Handing over of the following:
The BoQ shall be read in conjunction with Technical specfications and Tender document. Any deviations among documents shall be discussed before fin
commercial offer.
PREAMBLE TO BOQ:

Tendered Rates all Inclusive:

Unless otherwise provided in the Bill of Quantities, the rates tendered by the Contractor for all items of the work shall be all inclusive and shall apply to
lifts, leads and depths, in all positions of the building.

Rates/prices quoted in this tender shall be inclusive of cost of materials, labours, supervision, installation, testing and commissioning, materials erec
plant appliances, scaffolding, sleeves, cutting, patching, excavation and backfilling, painting, storage of material, service connections, transport to
duties, transit insurance octroi and levies, all relevant insurance charges, breakage, wastage and all such expenses as may be necessary and requir
satisfactory completion of all the items of the work and final guarantee testing and to put there in working conditions and all other requirements as calle
the parts of these Tender Documents.All the parameters as per TS-ECBC 2007 and IGBC-Green building requirements. (Tender Inclusions are attached)

PART-6: CONTROLS
Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning & Handing over all items as mentioned below:

Stand-Alone DDC Controller ( For ALL OT/ISOLATION AHUs - Pressurization, temperature & RH Control)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Programmable and Application specific stand-alone controller field mounted (Preferably LAN bas
following configurations and as per below specifications:
(A) The programmable controllers processors shall be 32-Bit, 50 MHz, LONchip/ BACnet/ Lontalk,Lonworks etc. compatible [ BTL certified ].

(B) Designed for the required IO parameters and housed in IP 55 GI powder coated NEMA-1 vandal proof, lockable and secure cabinet panel duly intern
and tested; the DDCs offered shall be with Portable Display Unit with communication cable between the DDC and Display unit; the Display Unit shall b
the Process area and user friendly for Doctors to operate and edit set points as desired
(C) Up gradation of controllers shall be possible by simple downloading of software rather than replacing of chip.
(D) Analog to Digital and Digital to Analog resolution shall be 12 bit for greater accuracy.
(E) Controllers shall support easy GRAPHICAL programming and shall be able to store the programs in the controller itself rather than storing it in PC.
(F) The programmable controller shall have Universal input points and each input shall be capable of sensing PULSE signals.
(G) Controller should be capable to operate in set back mode for all OT & Protective isolation room and should have manual overriding fe
operate in regular control mode to maintain desired temperature ,humidity, pressure parameters etc.
H) Display Unit should show primary parameters i.e. humidity, supply & return air temperature,OT air pressure in pascal, filter con
flow,warning,manual/auto status, raise alarms, etc. The Controller Selection shall be such that Distance from Controller to Field Devices should be
Controllers location shall be on Second floor whereas display unit shall be inside respective OT rooms for easy HVAC control operation. DDC controlle

SENSORS & FIELD DEVICES

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of the following Sensors complete as per tender specification.

Duct Temperature Sensor shall be with rigid stem and of averaging type for measuring Supply air temperature at the Air Handling Units (Range 7.22⁰C

Combined AMBIENT air temperature & RH sensors for measuring ambient air temperature (Range 7.22⁰C - 65.5 ⁰C) &Ambient air RH (Range 10 % -100
accuracy of temperature sensor shall be ± -0.2 ⁰.
Combined air temperature & RH sensors for measuring Return air temperature & RH. The accuracy of temperature sensor shall be ± -0.2 ⁰.
Diaphragm type Differential pressure switches across the MERV-7,MERV-14,MERV-17 filters for indicating filters status. Pressure differential – 10 m
mm. The switch shall be with connecting tube and metal bends for connections to the duct. The housing shall be IP 54 rated.
Differential Pressure Transmitter OT, ICU & STERILE Corridor Pressure control ( 15 Pascal set point) complete with wall mounted fixtures / two side Tu
complete having measurement accuracy up to 0.05% or better
Air flow transmitter for measuring supply air cfm of all OT plenum with accuracy of +/-3%

DIGITAL MAGNAHELIC GUAGES

Supply , Installation , Testing and Commissioning of digital Magnahelic guages for monitoring room differential pressure in critical areas (For Lab & OT's

Supply & Installation of Magnehelic gauge with suitable 24 gauge smoothened to 240 grit SS304 matt finish face plates of thickness 2 mm & 16 gauge GI
Tube/ silicon tubing suitable to install in modular panel with nozzle & complete accessories for clean rooms. Gauges shall be of following ranges
