“AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 03 SERIES OF 2023
INVOLNING THE AMOUNT the amount of one hundred fifty five thousand one hundred eight
pesos for pesos (155,108.00).

WHEREAS, this Body is aware that the amount of intended for training and seminar, is for
election
expenses.

thru this resolution realigning the amount of P155,108.00.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to forward a copy of this resolution to the Sangguniang Bayan and to the
Municipal Budget Officer for their appropriate and very favorable action.

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING REALIGNMENT BUDGET NO. 04 SERIES OF 2023

INVOLVING AN AMOUNT OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (15,000.00)

Be it ordained by the Sangguning Barangay of Manueva, Santa, Ilocos Sur in Regular

Session assembled that:

Section 1. The Realignment Budget No. 03 of the Barangay Manueva, Santa, Ilocos Sur for
Fiscal Year 2023 in the total amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (15,000.00) IS HEREBY
APPROVED.

The Budget documents consisting of the following are incorporated herein and made
integral part of this Ordinance.
1. LBP Form No. 8 Statement of the Funding Sources as prepared by the Barangay
Treasurer and approved by the Punong Barangay.
2. LBP Form No. 9 Statement of Realignment Appropriation CY 2023 prepared by the
Barangay Treasurer and duly approved by the Punong Barangay.

Section 2. Sources of Funds. The source of funds for the Realignment Budget in the total
of FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (15,000.00) shall be as follows:

Section 3. Use of Funds. The amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS(15,000.00) as above

Section 4. Separability Clause. If for any reason, any section or provision of this

Section 5. Effectivity. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect immediately.
