FSHL Official Rules for Season 10

1. General
● 1.1: The Administration is the ultimate authority of the league. It reserves itself the right to
impose any sanction to ensure the smooth running of the league.
● 1.2: A change of captaincy after the start of the season must be approved by the
Administration.
● 1.3: Teams must consist of a minimum of 4 players and a maximum of 7 players.
●1.4: Teams may have a manager. The manager is the highest authority of the team with
priority over the team captain and vice-captain.
● 1.5: The position of manager must be approved by the Administration.
● 1.6: It is the responsibility of all coaches and captains not to abandon the competition and
to respect its rules.In case of non-compliance, all members will be held responsible (coach,
captain and players).
● 1.7: In case a team receives 3 defeats by defwin during the season, the team will be
expelled from the competition and the respective sanctions will be applied to the team
members.
● 1.8: Any inappropriate behaviour during a game must be reported to the Administration via
the appropriate Discord channel.

2. Competitions
● All competitions organised by FSHL will be played on the official FSHL map, in the
respective official rooms and according to the rules defined here:
● 2.1: Regular Season
○ 2.1.1: Shall consist of a division consisting of X teams.
○ 2.1.2: The matches shall be divided into two parts of 7 minutes each.
○ 2.1.3: The regular league format will be a single-round league with a mid-season
break for the transfer market.
○ 2.1.4: In the event of a tie in the standings, the tie-breaking criteria shall be as
follows:
■ 2.1.4.1: Direct confrontation.
■ 2.1.4.2: Goal difference.
■ 2.1.4.3: Goals scored.
■ 2.1.4.4: Goals against.
■ 2.1.4.5: Games won.
○ 2.1.5: Each team will have 3 wildcards to use during the course of the regular
season.
● 2.2: Champion Playoffs
○ 2.2.1: The top 8 finishers of the regular season will participate.
○ 2.2.2: The league format will be set by knockout rounds, from quarterfinals to the
final.
■ 2.2.2.1: The pairings for the quarterfinals will be as follows: 1st vs. 8th, 2nd
vs. 7th, 3rd vs. 6th and 4th vs. 5th.
○ 2.2.3: Each round will be played at the best of 3 games. Each game will be divided
in two parts of 5 minutes. In case of a tie, a golden goal will be played, i.e. the game will be
restarted with an indefinite time limit and the game will end when one of the teams scores a
goal.
○ 2.2.4: Each team will have one additional wildcard in addition to those left over
from the regular season.
● 2.3: Aspiring Playoffs
○ 2.3.1:Teams that failed to qualify for the Champion Playoffs will participate.
○ 2.3.2: The league format will be set by knockout rounds, from the quarterfinals to
the final. The teams ranked 9th and 10th will await their opponents in the semi-finals, while
the quarter-final matches will be 11th vs 14th and 12th vs 13th.
○ 2.3.3: Each round shall be played to the best of three games. Each match shall
consist of two 5 minute halves. In the event of a tie a golden goal will be played, i.e. the
game will be restarted with an indefinite time limit and the game will end when one of the
teams scores a goal.
○ 2.3.4: Each team will have one additional wildcard in addition to those left over
from the regular season.
● 2.4: All Stars and Rising Stars
○ 2.4.1: It consists of a game between two teams, in which the 16 most voted players
in the league will play. It will take place in the middle of the season, along with the transfer
market.
○ 2.4.2: The administration will make a shortlist based on merit which will be opened
for voting on the official website.
○ 2.4.3: The 16 most voted players will enter the All-Stars draft. The next 16 players
will enter the Rising Stars draft.
○ 2.4.4: The two players with the highest number of votes will be the captains of the
two teams that will face each other.
○ 2.4.5: The captain with the highest number of votes shall select a player first, then
the captain with the second highest number of votes, and so on, until the two teams have
been formed.
○ 2.4.6: The match shall be divided into two halves of 12 minutes each.
○ 2.4.7: A player shall not play for more than 5 minutes.

● 2.5: Play-in
○ 2.5.1: Consisting of two games, 7th vs. 10th and 8th vs. 9th.
The winners of both games will participate in the Champion Playoffs and the losers in the
Aspirants Playoffs.

○ 2.5.2: The format of matches must be the same as in the regular season.
3. Schedule

● 3.1: Every round will have a deadline. This deadline will be indicated on the Discord
channel set up for this purpose.
● 3.2: Both captains will have to reach an agreement for the match to be played within the
deadline. Once the time and day of the match has been agreed, it shall be posted on the
appropriate Discord channel.
● 3.3: Should a team suffer an unforeseen event and their attendance at a previously set
game is in jeopardy, they may use a wildcard up to 1 hour before the start of the game.The
game will then be postponed and must be played either on the day of the game or within
three days of the postponement.The new agreed time must be published on the relevant
Discord channel.
○3.3.1: No wildcard requested after less than 1 hour before the start of the match will
be accepted. The opposing captain may decide whether or not to accept the wildcard and
consequent postponement of the match.
○3.3.2: No wildcard may be used in the last week of the regular season.
○ 3.3.3: A wildcard may not be used in a game in which it has been used previously.
●3.4: The consequence of not attending a game on a previously agreed day and time is a
defwin defeat.

4. Matches
● 4.1 During the course of a match, both captains are responsible for ensuring that their
teams wear the appropriate kit at all times. Failure to do so will expose them to a possible
sanction from the Administration.
● 4.2: During the game, only the two captains will have administrator permissions in the
official room.
● 4.3: The captains of each team are responsible for adding the command
"kick_rate_limit 6 12 14" before the start of each match.This must be included in the game
recording. Failure to do so will subject them to a sanction by the Administration.
● 4.4: During the course of the game, the captain must ensure the legitimacy of his players.
If they fail to do so, they will be subject to the same sanctions as those responsible for
"faking".
● 4.5: During the course of the game, the "pause" may be used when a player has "lagged",
is stopped or leaves the room. Both captains must agree to resume play.
● 4.6: During the course of the game, both captains must authorise by chat the kick-off.
● 4.7: During the course of the game, improper and/or excessive use of chat may be
grounds for sanction in the event of a complaint by either team.
● 4.8: During the course of the game, all players must use the nicknames provided on the
registration forms for the season in question.
● 4.9: Once the match is over, both captains will be responsible for
having the match recorded and posting it on the appropriate Discord channel.
○ 4.9.1: If neither team has a replay, the game will be replayed and respective
penalties will be applied.
● 4.10: Once the match is over, the winning team will have a maximum of 24 hours to post
the resume of the match on the correct Discord channel.In case of a tie, the team playing at
home will be responsible.
● 4.11: After the end of the match, both captains will have a maximum of 24 hours to
complain about any kind of incident on the proper Discord channel.
● 4.12: Hacks are not allowed in all competitions organised by FSHL.
Any player who has doubts about another player's gameplay has the right to file a complaint
on the designated Discord channel
● 4.13: Penalties
○ 4.13.1: Penalties shall be played to the best of 3.
○ 4.13.2: In case of a tie, the contest shall continue in sudden death format, if one
team misses and the other scores, the game is over.
○ 4.13.3: The three players from each team that finished the match shall shoot in the
order established by the captain. In the event of a tie, the players may be repeated.

5. Movements and the transfer market


● 5.1: Context of Moves:
○ 5.1.1: Any addition of players shall be considered as a movement.
○ 5.1.2: Any departure of a player without mutual agreement shall be considered a
movement.
○ 5.1.3: Any departure of a player by mutual agreement shall not be considered as a
movement.
○ 5.1.4: Any departure by a player of his own volition shall not be considered a
movement.
○ 5.1.5: When the transfer market is open the entry and exit of players shall not be
counted towards each team's movements.
● 5.2: During the regular season and playoffs, each team will have "X" moves.
● 5.3: No player may change teams until the mid-season transfer market opens. The time
period of this transfer market will be defined in the calendar.
● 5.4: A team may release a player when he is inactive.
A player is considered inactive when he does not appear or respond to messages for a
fortnight (2 weeks).

6. FSHL Awards
● 6.1: Various awards will be awarded at the end of the season, both individually and
collectively.
● 6.2: Voting system.
○ 6.2.1: Voting will be set in the format of 50% by the Administration, 40% by the
captains and 10% for the community.
○ 6.2.2: A player may not vote for anyone from his own team.
● 6.3: Collective Awards.
○ 6.3.1: The most exemplary team: awarded to the team that best complies with the
rules.
● 6.4: Individual Prizes.
○ 6.4.1: FSHL MVP: Awarded to the best player of the regular season.
○ 6.4.2: FSHL Finals MVP: Awarded to the MVP of the FSHL Finals.
○ 6.4.3:All-Star Game MVP: Awarded to the best player in the All-Star game.

○ 6.4.4: Clutch Player of the season: Awarded to the player who was most decisive at
key moments.
○ 6.4.5: Rookie of the season: Awarded to the best rookie of the season.
○ 6.4.6: Fourth Player: Awarded to the player with the best substitute performance
this season.
○ 6.4.7: Player of the Week: Weekly award given to the best player of each week.
● 6.5: Honorary awards
○ 6.5.1: Best FSHL Trio: Three teams (an ideal first, second and third team)
composed of the best players in the league.
○ 6.5.2: Best Rookie Trio: One team composed of the best rookies of the season.

7. Season Awards
● 7.1: Various individual and collective awards will be presented at the end of the season.
● 7.2: The presentation of such awards shall be based on the merit achieved during the
course of the season.
7.2: Awards shall be given based on the achievements of each team and player during the
season.
● 7.3: Collective Awards:
○ 7.3.1: Season 10 Winter Cup Champion.
○ 7.3.2: Season 10 Winter Cup Champion.
○ 7.3.4: Winner of the Aspirants' Playoffs of Season 10.
○ 7.3.5: Winner of the Season 10 Champion Playoffs.
● 7.4: Individual awards:
○ 7.4.1: Top Scorer of Season 10, Regular Season.
○ 7.4.2: Best Assistant Season 10, Normal Season.
○ 7.4.3: Goalkeeper with the Highest Goalkeeping Coefficient for Season 10, Normal
Season.
