their proposed system more effectively.

Conceptual Literature

optimizing the efficiency, convinience of everyone involved, effectiveness, and the user
friendlyness of the system. These system adoption and use are influenced by several variables
including user-friendlyness, percieved utility, system dependability, system security, and social
influence. To increase client satisfaction and loyalty, it is important to build the gym membership

application of theories and models.

Foreign Studies
In Royli Hernandez Delgado (2021), “Gym-Suite an Extensible Platform for Gyms Management”
said that the pursuit of both health and aesthetics has become a prevalent focus for many
individuals, leading to a heightened awareness of lifestyle choices including diet, exercise, and
overall wellness. Among the many activities aimed at enhancing physical well-being and health,
going to the gym has arisen as the destination to improve health. Consequently, the gym
industry has witnessed significant growth, with establishments of different sizes increasing
worldwide. A crucial aspect of this development lies in the utilization of Information and
Communication Technologies (ICT), which play a key role in managing gym activities, customer
relations, equipment maintenance, and operational logistics. As ICT continues to show its
numerous benefits in human endeavor, its effect within the gym industry is deep, revolutionizing
how fitness gym operate and engage with their client. In light of these developments, this
literature review aims to explore the evolving landscape of ICT within the gym industry,
examining the adoption of computer applications, mobile technologies, and Gym Management
Systems (GMS) in facilitating efficient resource management and customer engagement.

Another study by Hani Al-Dmour and Hassan Khalid Hayat (2019) entitled, "The Role of
Customer Satisfaction on Enhancing the Relationship between Customer Relationship
Management and Customer Loyalty: An Empirical Study on Private Kuwaiti Fitness Gyms" said
that an effective relationship between client relationship management dimensions (integrated
marketing communication, communications, relational bonds, and trust) and client loyalty
whether were taken together or taken separately. The outcome of their study revealed that
communication, integrated marketing communication (IMC), relational bond, and trust are the
most significant dimensions affecting a client's locality respectively. This is a crucial finding, as it
indicates that improving client relationship management with a focus on all its dimensions will
improve client loyalty in the gym fitness industry in Kuwait.

In another study by Mohit Mandavkar and Shalu Balwani (2021) entitled “GYM MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM”, They claimed that the system they designed can fulfill all the gym management
system's basic requirements, which are the security of data, ensuring data accuracy, minimizing
manual data entry, better service, and, user-friendliness. Based on their feasibility study, there
are three that should be considered when making the system. First is technical feasibility, for
which a detailed outline of the system requirements, its inputs, outputs, programs, and
procedures must be developed before assessing this feasibility. The second is economic
feasibility, in which the benefits and costs of the proposed system must be justified. Last is
social feasibility, which considers the member's acceptance of the product. In addition, they
stated that there is always room for improvement in any software, no matter how efficient the
gym management system project system is. In gym management system projects, the system
must be flexible enough to accommodate future changes.
