✓ Submit your NVDC (Pick-up/Delivery)

on time. Address the NVDCs (AR)
separately to the DST.
✓ Check the Delivery Kit and Actual Unit
before presenting to the client and
before checking the NVDC.
Points to Remember:

✓ Be sure to attached Safety Booklet

Acknowledgement Form to the NVDC.
✓ Check the proper box for [YES/NO]
and make sure either available or not
present on the kit and the unit.
(including processes done)

✓ There is NO TOUCH-UP PAINT

✓ Before submitting the NVDC Pick-up,
be sure to have VSM’s Signature.
