    What is VDN?

    ✓ Vehicle

    Why we need VDN?

    ✓ With the aid of the VDN, there will be


    proper verification of your client’s
    vehicle, because proper specifications
    of the unit you are about to release is
    listed on the VDN
    ✓ It serves as a proof of authenticity for
    your client’s unit (NOT STOLEN).
    When to use/fill-out VDN?

    ✓ Every Unit Release


    Who will check and sign the VDN?

    ✓MPs/MAs (check unit; check VDN)


    ✓Vehicle Controller (sign)
    ✓VSM (sign)

    ✓Customer (sign) – it depends on situation
