This form is designed to encourage students’ assessment of equal participation on the part of all
group members in the group project. Please indicate the percentage contribution of group
members to the group’s overall performance in terms of the following:
 Willingness of the individual to carry out assigned work.
 Ability of the individual to meet deadlines.
 Cooperation with other team members
 Quality of the individual’s work and contribution
 Attendance at meetings

teachers at SISU before deadlines.
If all group members agree that every group member has contributed equally for the project
report, the same report mark will be allocated to all group members. The lecturer reserves the
right to make a final judgment on the peer view in allocating marks for the group assignments.
