Aptis Speaking Part 4 - GUIDE

In this part of the exam, you are also required to answer 3 questions but you will need to do so
as a presentation. It is the most difficult part of the exam as it is designed to differentiate
between B2 and C level candidates.

You will see and picture but it is important to remember that you are NOT to describe or
compare the picture - the questions are MORE IMPORTANT!

You will be given 1 minute to prepare your presentation and will then have 2 minutes in which to
do your presentation.
It is impossible to write the entire presentation down so organisation is key to getting the highest
marks.

Remember
● Answer all three questions and develop your answers
● Make sure that your presentation has a clear beginning, middle and conclusion.
● When making notes, avoid entire sentences. Instead, note down any useful phrasal verbs,
collocations and expressions related to the topic in question
● Time management is crucial :
- Question 1 : 1 minute
- Questions 2 : 30 seconds
- Questions 3 : 30 seconds
