The massage industry has a bright future because clients, particularly ladies, need it.
Women today take their health and attractiveness very seriously. Therefore, we created
this business in order to meet their demands and assist them in taking care of their
health and appearance.
This company was founded in December 2022 by four founders that are dedicated and
determined to get involved in business. Because the conditions and requirements fit
with our needs and aspirations, we chose to establish and register this company as a
partnership corporation. We also think that compared to other business models,
partnerships have a lot of advantages. A company called massage offers services for
both health and beauty care.
With the goal of becoming the "Destination Natural Health Massage," Hot Touched
Massage is set up as a Natural Health Massage and offers high-quality service delivery.
Ms. Christian Dave Sapongay will serve as the company's president. Our business has
a very
strong and skillful management with high background skill, knowledge and experience
which related with the business.
Our main of the business is to give Natural Health Massage services with lesser price
with best quality than the other spas'. Besides that, we do provide the highest level of
services which we believe would attract more customers once they have gone through
the experience at the spa.
There isn't a competition nearby who offers the same services as we do. We are aware
that this will help us make the most profit possible. However, we are confident that even
the presence of competitors wouldn't deter us given our advantages of high quality,
reasonable pricing, and maximum customer satisfaction.
The workforce's proficiency in body therapy is the company's key strength. Built on our
consultation, the business is depending on a contractual basis, and payment is based
on the number of cleaners the client hires. Therefore, as our company expands in the
future, we will hire additional employees because they are our most valuable resource.
Additionally, our business will attract more clients.

Massage has many benefits and can also afford at cheapest price. We care for our
clients' feelings, Providing excellent service. Client service is essential. Thus we provide
better services to clients so they may come again.

With this concept we provide to individuals a relief healthy and relaxation process of
massage by our Hot Touched Massage client services.

Sole proprietorship
Many sole proprietors do business under their names because creating a separate
business or trade name isn't necessary. A sole proprietorship is an unincorporated
business that has just one owner who pays personal income tax on profits earned from
the business.
A business becomes a sole proprietorship when it has only one owner. When you set
up a massage spa without a partner or co-owner, that's called a sole proprietor. Sole
Proprietorship, meaning without partners. He/she is the owner. He/she just invested all
his/her money.

Hot touched massage offers customized services and products exclusively designed by
experts in spa business. Our spa products are made from premium natural components.
Most of the treatments at Hot Touched Massage use oil that is specially blended from
natural coconuts. The oil is specially processed in low temperature to ensure all active
ingredients are retrieved, has been traditionally used in the East for centuries which give
us a variety of health and beauty benefits. The organically, scientifically and artistically
developed by the specific method as it is utilized in a variety of massage therapies such
as to renew the stamina, smoothen hair and skin, as well as to slow down aging
process. We promise that our consumers will experience complete wellness by using
only natural products.
Quality:
Hot touched massage is focused more in service quality because we believe all
customers would feel welcome with a nice service and presentable look. We also
trained our personnel through an intensive 600 hours of training before they started
working in our spa. So, two weeks later, the results are wholly satisfactory.
Treatment:
Why is the treatment at Hot touched massage special? Hot touched massage will make
sure that each of our therapists starts their day by practicing the energy resonance by
way of meditation, tai-chi and other spiritual and physical practices before giving a
treatment to our customers. This practice will ensure a high level of energy balance, and
by doing so, they will be able to help clients regain their lost stamina. Therefore, this
energy resonance can stimulate self-healing treatment for our clients who experience

A brand is defined as a name, word, sign, symbol, or design that defines a product and
sets it apart from similar things in the Fundamental of Entrepreneurship book. In
addition to being simple to say, the name "Hot touched massage" is also simple for
locals and visitors to remember and connotes a sense of warmth, relaxation, and
security regarding good health.

set the price of our Hot touched massage services and products is by using the value-
based pricing.
Value Based Pricing:
This method of pricing is utilized when the manager wants to establish the price based
on the customer happiness and the quality of services that we deliver to the consumers.
This approach of pricing is based on the consumer needs and value assessment of the
products. To make the method rational and can be used for our menu pricing, we
decided to give high standard services that match with the price of the products. The
price also matches with the spa decorations and layout of the room that create the
comfortable and relaxing environment.

A place where you can let go, be yourself, and connect with your inner self. The place
where you can unwind, relax, and release the tension of your everyday life.
Here are some of the existing services we offered:
• Aroma spa facial (mask only) for making the face skin bright, firm, soft. The right face
mask can help hydrate skin, remove excess oils and help improve the appearance of
your pores.
• Relaxing facial ( with mask and cleaning )removal of white heads and black heads
ensures removal of blockage in skin pores.
• Whitening body scrub exfoliating granules help to slough off dead skin and the rubbing
action itself boost circulation And help drain your lymph nodes by increasing blood flow
to the skin surface
• Therapeutic foot spa foot spa is beneficial in proper blood circulation, relieving stress,
arthritic pain, reducing headaches, treating acidity and indigestion, for insomnia and in
detoxification
Since most of the customers are living healthier lives it is best to minimize these things
by offering other organic products such as essential oils that have a lot of benefits for
the skin. It is best to add other mask treatments along with facials that will target a
certain kind of skin problems since mask treatments are beneficial to bring back
moisture and elasticity on skin which most people are looking at because of the sun
pollution.

B. STRATEGY
•Promotion
For the promotions we use posters and flyers to promote their services and also inform
the customers what are the benefits of the massage and other services that could help
certain kinds of problems. This could also help reduce the price sensitivity of the
customer by keeping them informed about the benefits of the services, making them
realize that massage can help treat various problems and inhibit a healthier body and
mind for such a low price.

Using social media such as facebook to communicate and reach the target market
which are college students and mothers. This could make the customers stay updated
about the promotion and other offerings and keep them reminded about the offer. By

using this strategy the customer will feel the convenience and will positively affect our
service's massage.

•Pricing
For the price a 30 minutes massage for 150 or a 15 minutes massage for only 100
pesos to be able to capture other market segments such as college students or people
who are in a hurry and just want a quick massage. The business should offer this kind
of services to penetrate those people who also do not want to leave their children that
long. There is revenue in this kind of strategy since a 1 hour cost 280 but if a person
avails a 15 minute massage that totals 316 php There is more profit than just availing
one whole hour of massage.

In addition to the administration and marketing plans, the operation plan is a crucial
component for an entrepreneur. Production of the goods or services in accordance with
quantity, quality, specifications, and delivery deadlines to the customer is included in the
operation plan. Operation management can be defined as the process of marshaling
resources to produce output through the transformation process. The three main parts
of the operation are input from the business, the transformation system, and output.
In essence, Hot Touched Massage operating strategy outlines how the organization will
do business throughout a specific time period. We can use the operational plan as a
reference when we encounter issues by having one. Besides that, this plan also helps
us in managing with suppliers in terms of purchasing machines / equipment and
supplements or vitamins.
In order to satisfy the customer, we employ 5 workers who are experts in this field. They
are hired to give advice to customers, aid them and give out the best service at every
hour. Other than that they have to make sure all the products that are applied are safe
to use and will not cause any harm to the customer. A cashier is hired to manage
payment from the customer and also to remind the customer at what time is the
operation time of the spa and so on. One of the staff members who is responsible for
keeping the spa clean is the cleaner.

OPERATION PROCESS
The key steps or phases in the operations process towards producing the product or
providing the service. In our company, we have more experience with services like
massage, weight-loss packages, facials, and other services. All of this service is for
generating customer satisfaction. There are three parts to this operational process:
output, input, and transformation.

TRANSFORMATION PROCESS
Based on the above, it is general picture regarding operation management which refer
to a method of organizing resources to transform input into output process.

All resources needed to create a specific output are referred to as input, and the
transformation system refers to the processes used to convert input into output. Then
the output refers to the end product created as the result of transformation process.
