It is becoming increasingly common for people to learn a foreign language.

Now I will write

why it is important.

First of all, if we are looking for living or visiting a country, it is essential have the basic
knowledge of the language of that country. For example, if we are going to have holidays in
Germany, we have to know how to say the basic things like ask for a taxi, or say thanks and
goodbye.

Secondly, learning foreign language for work is a good option to have more opportunities in
different jobs. I mean if a company have to chose between 2 people, a person that no speak
other languages or one who speak 3 languages, it will choose the trilingual person.

Another option will be learning a foreign language for hobby. Maybe you only want to learn an
idiom because you like it, for example if you like Italy and his population, you will want to learn
how to speak Italian.

In conclusion learning a foreign language is an advantage on every field, so it is important to

have the knowledge of this.
