1.

Body movement
-I have chosen body movement because whenever I speak publicly, I tend to just stand, without
moving at all. By moving just sideways or vertically, it can actually improve my public speaking
and communication skills.
2. Voice
- I have also chosen voice. Voice has been my biggest problem whenever I’m speaking or
communicating as I have a very low voice. From the video, I have learned that by changing
tempos, decreasing the volume of the voice, or just by pausing, it can somewhat add emotions
or thrill when speaking.
3. Expressions
- And lastly, I have chosen expressions, specifically facial expressions. When I speak, I tend to
have no facial expression, in which its not that convincing to people when I talk. I find facial
expressions very important as it can also give emotions and can make people also know
something that is not right just because of facial expressions.
