Health and Wellbeing
Quest prioritises health and well-being through an approach which includes various policies,
processes and practices. The company initiates this commitment with various risk assessments
which identify potential hazards and health risks. These include: physical, chemical, biological,
ergonomic, and psychosocial factors. This analysis informs targeted measures to mitigate
potential harm to employees.

Quest develops and communicates clear health and safety policies that outline the organisation's
commitment to providing a safe working environment. These policies cover aspects such as
accident prevention, emergency response procedures, and the responsibilities of both employees
and management.

Occupational health services are provided to support employees in managing stress, mental
health, and overall well-being. Regular training sessions ensure that employees are educated
about workplace hazards, safety protocols, and the significance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Quest also implements ergonomic measures, including workstation design and posture training,
to enhance the physical well-being of its workforce.

Employee Assistance Programs {EAP) offer confidential counselling and support services for
mental health, stress management, and work-life balance, promoting open dialogue to reduce
stigma. A robust reporting system allows employees to report incidents, near misses, or health
concerns, with a structured incident management process in place for thorough investigation,
learning, and implementing necessary improvements to prevent recurrence.
