DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Researches, designs, develops, evaluates and reviews training programs and materials
and recommends modifications as appropriate;
2. Assist in the preparation of training programs;
3. Formulates & develops plans, procedures, & programs to meet specific training needs;
4. Evaluates and analyzes training needs;
5. Prepares reports and tracks employee training;
6. Assists in developing promotional examinations and oversees the administration of
exams;
7. Formulates learning objectives; plans, designs, and develops methods for the
assessment and evaluation of training effectiveness;
8. Prepares budgets for various training programs; and
9. Performs other duties the superior may assign.
