Procedure:
Pattern:
The patterns add up with 8 stitches.

1. Row: *Knit 5, yarn over, slip 1 knit wise, knit 2 together through the back loops, pass the slipped
stitch over, yarn over. *Continue from * to * the rest of the row.
2. Row: Knit all stitches.
These 2 rows makes the pattern.
When the shirt is finished, the ”wrong side” is turned out, since the wrong side stitches makes the pattern.

Back/Front. Seaming to raglan.

1: Cast on 224(256)288(320)352 (384) stitches in
Aubergine on circular needles US 3/UK 11 and
knit 2 cm ribbing (knit 1, purl 1). Applies to all
sizes.
2: Knit 28 cm pattern in aubergine.
3: Continue in pattern with 1 cm white, 3 cm pink,
3 cm aubergine, 1 cm white, 4 cm pink and 1 cm
aubergine, end with 2. row of pattern; now the
work is divided into 2 equaly sized parts, where
you fasten off 11 stitches on each side for the arm
hole. (3 stitches in eyelet pattern, 5 stitches
knitted, and 3 stitches in eyelet pattern). Applies
to all sizes. Let rest.
Sleeves.
1: Cast on 40(44)48(52)56(60) stitches in
aubergine on double pointed needles US 3/UK 11
and knit 2 cm ribbing (knit 1, purl 1). Applies to all
sizes. Continue in patter while you increase 1
stitch in the beginning and end of every 6th row.
2: Knit 34(35)36(37)38(39) cm pattern with
aubergine, or the desired length, since it is with
this color that the length is regulated, because the
sleeves have to end with the same color stripe as
on the back/front.
3: Knit stripes like on the back/front and increase
to 96(96)104(104)112(112) stitches.
4: Fasten off 11 stitches for the arm holes. Look at
the 3 point above. Applies to all sizes.
1: Continue in pattern and be aware that all
pieces should be knitted as the 1. Row or the 2.
row. Start the knitting-together with the back, then
one sleeve, the front and then the other sleeve,
since, in between the parts, you knit 1 stitch from
each; you decrease on both sides of these
stitches like so: before the knitstitches, knit 2
stitches together through the back loops, and after
the 2 knit stitches, knit 2 together. The decreases
are done on every other row.
2: Knit until you have 3 cm aubergine, then 4 cm
white og then you knit the rest in aubergine.
3: When you have made 32(36)40(43)46(50)
raglan-decreases, end with 1. row of the pattern
and let the front 22(24)26(28)30(32) stitches rest,
now knit back and forth (the rightside row is with
the yarn overs, and remember the raglan-
decreases). Then let 1x2 and 1x1 stitches rest
towards the neck side. Knit straight until you have
used all the stitches of the front piece. Applies to
all sizes.
4: Knit 100(108)116(124)132(140) stitches up in
the neck (including the resting stitches) and knit 2
cm ribbing (knit 1, purl 1). Applies to all sizes.
Seaming.
1: Weave in ends.
2: Sew the holes under the arms. (Remember the
wrong side stitches is the right side).
3: Wet block the shirt.
