commodity, under penalty in accordance with the term and conditions set out as agreement with the Buyer
offer for follow :
1. Comodity : Indonesian Steam Coal.
2. Origin : Bengkulu.
3. Available Quantitiy : ± 10,000 MT.
4. Price : IDR 1,100,000.00-/MT (include PPN and PNBP export).
5. Payment : Cash by bank transfer, 50% after signing the contract, 40% when the
barge rests on jetty, and 10% after complete loading and full document.
6. Loading Port : Jetty PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia, Pulau Baai, Bengkulu.
7. Barge Capacity : 330 feet (±10,000 MT)
8. Mine Concession : PT. Bengkulu Bio Energi.
9. Surveyor : PT. Anindya Wiraputra/PT. Sucofindo.
10.Validity : 7 (seven) working days.
