1. It is mandatory to be above 12 years of age or older for buy the ticket

2. Elderly audiences and pregnant women are advised to avoid seating in CAT 5 and 6 due to the
elevated positions at the top of the tribune, which may pose difficulty in accessibility and
movement.
3. VIP package includes 1 VIP festival ticket and 1 seated red carpet ticket (just for red carpet)
4. All Category tickets are numbered seating, except for VIP Festival ticket
5. One ticket is valid for one person.
6. Bring and present a valid ID card/Passport/Driver's License (the name must match the e-ticket)
during the e-ticket redemption.
7. Tickets that have been purchased are non-refundable.
8. Bring and present a valid ID card/Passport/Driver's License/Student ID (the name must match
the e-voucher) during the e-voucher redemption.
9. We are not responsible for the loss or transfer of e-tickets.
10. E-ticket must be exchanged for wristbands prior to the event day.
11. Bringing food and drinks from outside into the venue is prohibited.
12. Bringing and using any illegal drugs, narcotics, psychotropic substances, or items containing
other dangerous substances is prohibited.
13. Bringing sharp weapons/firearms, explosives, and items prohibited by applicable laws into the
:
 venue is prohibited.
14. Bringing professional cameras into the venue (mirrorless, DSLR, etc.) is prohibited.
15. Bringing pets is prohibited
16. The Organizers have the right to:
a. Deny entry to visitors if tickets have been used by someone else.
b. Deny entry to the venue area if the used ticket is not valid.
c. Deny entry to the event area if any terms and conditions are not met or if someone
intentionally causes disturbances or harm to one party or others.
d. Pursue legal action, whether civil or criminal, against visitors who obtain tickets illegally,
including forgery and duplication of valid tickets or obtaining tickets in a manner that does not
follow procedures.
17. The organizers will take strict measures and have the right to eject visitors if they do not comply
with the implemented health protocols
