atmosphere was bad before and everyone was not focused on
the job. But she always treats coworkers with coffee and gives
them pep talk to get them back on track. When her
subordinates feel frustrated, she will talk to them and let them
speak out their feelings. So, all employees have positive
feelings. Even though she cannot achieve the goal, she still
does not give up. She regards the failures as lessons to
become successful, and the spirit also influences her
subordinates.
 TO LEAD THE MEMBERS

She can also unite group members, making them work

more efficiently than other groups. One time her
subordinate made a mistake and cost the company a
deal, but she did not blame him. Instead, she
encouraged him and helped him to overcome the
dilemma. In the end, they won a bigger deal for the
company. She always listens to her team members
opinions, so they often show their loyalty to her. Thus, I
think she has good leadership qualities and she can bring
more changes to our company.

Since I have watched the company

for 4 years, due to Angelia Lee’s
sales performance, positive
attitude and leadership, our
company has become better than
before. We should learn the skills
from Angelia and last the good
attitude.
