and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Philippines;

3. That, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, I hereby relieve and release
RAFI MICRO-FINANCE INC (Formerly CEBU MICRO ENTERPRISE
DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION INC), from any and all claims and liabilities
whatsoever, whether for money or likewise, arising out of or in the course of
