    INTRODUCTION
    The project was to design a strategic plan to
    enhance the online presence of the company
    "CICAVI TU CASA HOY", located in Los
    Héroes Tecámac, State of Mexico, which
    provides real assets services and legal
    association, was created in 2009 by Yessica
    Ramirez Ortiz.

    The main objective was to increase


    commercial sales and branding.
    ACTIVITY
    “SOCIAL MEDIA
    STRATEGY DESIGN”

    1. Identification of key digital


    platforms such as Facebook,
    Instagram and youtube.

    2. A social media marketing


    strategy was designed.
    3. Regular publications were planned with
    varied content, including images, videos and
    animations.

    The purpose of this design was to keep


    the public's attention and encourage
    interaction with customers
    electronically.

    CONCLUSION
    During the development of the second stay,
    we were able to satisfactorily achieve the
    objectives initially set, we saw clear progress
    in the development of our skills and
    competencies.
