Motivation
Before we proceed to our lesson, I request
everyone to stand up and follow what we are
watching from the video and I request everyone (The students follow the hand signals.)

A verb is an action word it express action
Verb- is an action word it express action and and movement. It tells what boys and girls
movement. It tells what boys and girls do. do.

A verb or action word is very important part of


sentence. It describes the doer’s actions or state
of being. We use these words to communicate
about the different events in our lives. We have
here and example:

Example #1: Meet Shiela

Now, what did Shiela do?

The first word here class is Shiela. The word


Sheila is a name of a person so this word is a
noun.

How about the word soup? The soup is a name


of food, so basically this word is also a noun.

How about the word eats? The word eats is Eats teacher
shows action word. So the verb use in the
sentence is?

Yes very good! It’s eats.

Carlo is cleaning

In 1 John 3:18 says “Dear children, let us not
love with words or tongue but with actions in
truth”. always remember my dear students that
your actions will speak much louder that any
words you will every say. It is important that as
a Christians, we follow the example of Jesus
Christ.
