The HSE supervisor assumes his leadership and commitment to safety, health at work and the
environment, through the following:
1. Rigorously carry out the health and safety inspections established in the Preventive Activity
Planning.
2. Carry out the tasks of your leadership in matters of Safety, Health at Work and the Environment.
3. Provide the necessary advice and technical-professional support in matters of safety, health and
the environment.
4. Verify that the Management System Procedures, records and the degree of implementation of
corrective actions resulting from anomalies detected in the corresponding delegation are correctly
complied with.
5. Promote and actively participate in the correct implementation of the Pre-Task or Operational
Talk, training managers on their correct application, participating in them and analyzing with the
Site Manager and/or positions for purposes those that have deficiencies.
The functions and responsibilities derived from the Procedures of the Safety, Health at Work and
Environment Management System, in a non-exhaustive manner, are the following:
• CO-PE-9100-HSE-001: Organization of Preventive Activity .
- Know the organizational structure of the Cobra Group and Cobra Perú in terms of Safety,
Health and Environment.
- Verify, by carrying out Safety Inspections, that what is indicated in this document is complied
with.
• CO-PE-9100-HSE-002 : Risk and Opportunity Assessment.
- Verify, by carrying out Safety Inspections, that what is indicated in this document is complied
with.
• CO-PE-9100-HSE-003 : Preventive Activity Planning.
- Know the Planning of the Preventive Activity of the Delegations of their area of
responsibility.
• CO-PE-9100-HSE-004: Periodic controls (Safety and Environmental Inspections)
- Carry out safety inspections in accordance with the Preventive Activity Planning. These
inspections are intended, among others, to specifically check:
• The execution of the work will be carried out according to the Method or Procedure
previously defined and known to the workers.
• The knowledge of the risks inherent to the work by the workers and that they use the
appropriate personal protective equipment ( PPE ) and collective equipment.
• Detect risk situations in order to reduce them or, failing that, control and/or block them,
signaling the risk condition.
• Inform, train and advise Managers and Operators on prevention issues related to the work
they perform.

• Transmit positive and negative experiences from one to another, to avoid the repetition of
risk situations and improve working conditions to prevent accidents.
• Verify during Safety Inspections that control measures are complied with in accordance
with the HIRA matrix, HSE Plans and SST management procedures.
- Propose and/or take corrective/preventive measures based on the results of safety
inspections, monitoring the recorded measures.
- Propose the application of the Regulation of Misdemeanors and Sanctions for non-
compliance on own personnel and subcontractors in appropriate cases, based on
the anomalies detected in safety inspections.
- Stop all work that is not being carried out in a 100% safe manner.

• CO-PE-9100-HSE-005: Training and Information for workers


- Verify during Safety Inspections that the personnel present on site have received
the training and information they need for their job. If they do not have the required
training, they cannot do the job.
- Coordinate and provide, where appropriate, the required training (induction and HSE
training) to the staff of the delegations in their area of responsibility.

• CO-PE-9100-HSE-006 : Evacuation and emergencies


- Verify in your inspections the scope of the Evacuation and Emergency Procedure
and are known by the workers.

• CO-PE-9100-HSE-00 7: Health surveillance and control


- Verify that the personnel present on site have undergone the admission and periodic
occupational medical examination.

• CO-PE-9100-HSE-008: Accident investigation and studies


- Know the legal obligation of the way or form of reporting work accidents, with sick
leave, without sick leave, serious or fatal.
- Comply with the communication and action flow chart in the event of an accident
and incident defined in CO-PE-9100-HSE-008:
• Know through the Workers, Managers, bosses/Coordinator/Work
Supervisor/Delegation (similar positions) and/or Delegate any incident or accident
that occurs on the works within their area of responsibility.
• Communicate them to the Delegate , HSE Chief/Coordinator and HSE
Management.
• Assist support organizations (firefighters, ambulances, etc. ) and inspection
authorities (Sunafil, Municipalities, Police, etc.), in coordination with the HSE Chief
/Coordinator.

- Inform about action protocols in case of accidents and incidents.


- Participate in the investigation together with the Delegate , Site Manager and HSE
Chief/Coordinator (investigation team according to the accident investigation
procedure), of all accidents and incidents that occur in the area of responsibility.
- Encourage the communication of incidents, to design specific action plans where
appropriate.
- Sign, where appropriate, the incident and accident investigation report, taking
responsibility for the content and the corrective/preventive measures, verifying
compliance.

• CO-PE-9100-HSE-009 Accident and Accident Rate Statistics.


- Know the Accident and Accident Rate results of the delegations in your area of
responsibility.

• CO-PE-9100-HSE-010 Work equipment


During inspections, verify:
- What is indicated in this document is complied with.
- The condition and correct use of the Tools, Machinery, devices, instruments and
Auxiliary Means, as well as compliance with the schedule of reviews, tests and
calibrations that require it.
- That the users of the Work Equipment, Tools and Machinery are authorized to use
them.

• CO-PE-9100-HSE-011 Personal and collective protective equipment


During inspections, verify:
- That what is indicated in this document be fulfilled.
- The availability and condition, as well as the correct use of personal and collective
protective equipment.

• CO-PE-9100-HSE-01 2 Communication, participation and consultation


- Participate in the Delegation's Safety, Health and Environment meetings and attend
other meetings called upon.
- Actively attend the Meetings of HSE Managers /Coordinators/Supervisors, ensuring
compliance with the measures adopted.
- Actively participate in Mondays and Safety or the day of the week according to the
delegation's schedule.
- Promote in the delegations within its area of responsibility the Zone/Society/Group
Security Awards, as well as the different Security Campaigns that are launched.

• CO-PE-9100-HSE-013 Coordination of contractor and subcontractor companies


- Verify, by carrying out Safety Inspections, that what is indicated in the document is
complied with.

- Actively participate in scheduled audits.

• CO-PE-9100-HSE-015 Control of documented information


- Verify, by carrying out Safety Inspections, that what is indicated in this document is
complied with.
- Participate in the preparation/updating and propose the implementation of
procedures, instructions, manuals, among others.

• CO-PE-9100-HSE-016 Legal and other requirements


- Verify, by carrying out Safety Inspections, that what is indicated in this document is
complied with.

• CO-PE-9100-HSE-017 Nonconformities and corrective actions


- Know the audit reports, non-conformities and follow up on preventive and corrective
actions as appropriate.

• CO-PE-9100-HSE-018 Performance Measurement


- Verify, by carrying out Safety Inspections, that what is indicated in this document is
complied with.

• CO-PE-9100-HSE-019 Change Management


- Based on the results of the safety inspections, propose the management of the
change of the tool, substance or means that may affect your unit or delegation.
- Disseminate the changes and their measures to all workers in your Delegation.
