The HSE supervisor assumes his leadership and commitment to safety, health at work and the
environment, through the following:
1. Rigorously carry out the health and safety inspections established in the Preventive Activity
Planning.
2. Carry out the tasks of your leadership in matters of Safety, Health at Work and the Environment.
3. Provide the necessary advice and technical-professional support in matters of safety, health and
the environment.
4. Verify that the Management System Procedures, records and the degree of implementation of
corrective actions resulting from anomalies detected in the corresponding delegation are correctly
complied with.
5. Promote and actively participate in the correct implementation of the Pre-Task or Operational
Talk, training managers on their correct application, participating in them and analyzing with the
Site Manager and/or positions for purposes those that have deficiencies.
The functions and responsibilities derived from the Procedures of the Safety, Health at Work and
Environment Management System, in a non-exhaustive manner, are the following:
• CO-PE-9100-HSE-001: Organization of Preventive Activity .
- Know the organizational structure of the Cobra Group and Cobra Perú in terms of Safety,
Health and Environment.
- Verify, by carrying out Safety Inspections, that what is indicated in this document is complied
with.
• CO-PE-9100-HSE-002 : Risk and Opportunity Assessment.
- Verify, by carrying out Safety Inspections, that what is indicated in this document is complied
with.
• CO-PE-9100-HSE-003 : Preventive Activity Planning.
- Know the Planning of the Preventive Activity of the Delegations of their area of
responsibility.
• CO-PE-9100-HSE-004: Periodic controls (Safety and Environmental Inspections)
- Carry out safety inspections in accordance with the Preventive Activity Planning. These
inspections are intended, among others, to specifically check:
• The execution of the work will be carried out according to the Method or Procedure
previously defined and known to the workers.
• The knowledge of the risks inherent to the work by the workers and that they use the
appropriate personal protective equipment ( PPE ) and collective equipment.
• Detect risk situations in order to reduce them or, failing that, control and/or block them,
signaling the risk condition.
• Inform, train and advise Managers and Operators on prevention issues related to the work
they perform.

• Transmit positive and negative experiences from one to another, to avoid the repetition of
risk situations and improve working conditions to prevent accidents.
• Verify during Safety Inspections that control measures are complied with in accordance
with the HIRA matrix, HSE Plans and SST management procedures.
- Propose and/or take corrective/preventive measures based on the results of safety
inspections, monitoring the recorded measures.
- Propose the application of the Regulation of Misdemeanors and Sanctions for non-
compliance on own personnel and subcontractors in appropriate cases, based on
the anomalies detected in safety inspections.
- Stop all work that is not being carried out in a 100% safe manner.
