Where do you work? what do you usually do there?

maternity ward : assisting those who have just given birth, assisting the doctor so that the labor
process goes smoothly, providing medication or IV fluids as needed during labor.

operation room : prepare the equipment needed, and help the doctor to get the tools needed.

pediatric ward : Pediatric nurses provide basic medical needs for the children on the ward and
work closely with pediatricians and surgeons to ensure they return to good health. One pediatric
nurse may work in a children's ward, diagnosing children with less serious illnesses or injuries,
and another pediatric nurse may work in a children's intensive care unit, caring for children who
have had serious accidents and are suffering from illnesses.

emergency room : assist doctors in providing services or first aid to patients in emergency
situations.

surgical ward : the nurse must help prepare the patient and operating room for surgery. During
surgery, they assist the anesthesiologist and surgeon when necessary. The final phase is post-
operative, ensuring that the patient receives appropriate care and treatment.
