communities, including but not limited to conflict, poverty, disease,
environmental degradation, and human rights violations, through
comprehensive policies, programs, and interventions aimed at promoting
peace, stability, prosperity, and well-being for all.

- Human security is a multidimensional concept that emphasizes the protection
and well-being of individuals. Here are some key concepts associated with
human security:
- Multi-Dimensionality: Human security recognizes that threats to individuals
can arise from various sources including political, economic, social,
environmental, and health-related factors.

- Individual-Centered Approach: It prioritizes the security and well-being of

individuals rather than focusing solely on state security. Individuals are seen as
the primary referent for security concerns.
