The Cost is influenced by many factors

● The amount we produce

● The outsourcing of resources and how we can dial down the price of it
● 3d printing is a expensive but important part of the production process and outsourcing causes
high production costs. If we get an investment and buy a 3d printer and higher a employee to run
the machine cost will reduce but this is only feasible if sales is good and amount to be
manufactured is a lot.

Our current cost of production is 1400rs

Large majority of the cost(1000rs) was required for 3d printing the product

On release the product will be sold for 2000 rs since a good margin for storage and taxes and additional
cost will be required

It the future we plan on reducing cost of production by making the 3d printing cost almost negligible

Our cost of production will be around 600 rs and we will sell the product at 1500

The 1500 rs decrease will make the product more desirable and feasible

Most people below the age of 25 dont either rent or own a house.

We want to start the product in india but make it global eventually.

We will aim to communicate through add for a target audience of 25 to 50

This will help narrow the money that is wasted when the target audience is wrong in marketing and will
help us confirm more sales.

The steps we will take to market effectively are:

1. Large amount of people in the specific target audience are on social media platforms, hence the
team will make a social media account where we will market the product as a revolutionary product
helping birds by saving them from the pain of the spike covered balconies while at the same time
keeping bird at bay. The product will be marketed as a heaven for birds.
2. The word of mouth plays a large role in today's marking , hence small discounts on the website like
2% to 3% discounts on sharing the innovation to 10 friend online.
3. Online marketing is quite expensive hence ones the business starts making small income and when
we need to level up the business we can start performance marketing which will boost both the
revenue and the name of the business.
