A Detailed Lesson Plan in Physical Education

I. Objectives: At the end of 60-minute, 85% of the Grade 12 are expected to:
a. describes the types of intentional injuries (Acts of Terrorism), - Code: H9IS-IVa-d32
b. develop awareness among the Acts of Terrorism; - Code: H9IS-IVe-h33
c. make a poster about the given topics(Categories of Acts of terror).

II. Subject Matter: Intentional Injuries (Acts of Terrorism)


Reference: Physical Education and Health 9 (Learners Material)
Concept/s:
Acts of terror- is the use of violence for political goals and putting the public or great
number of people in fear.
1. State Terrorism- states or governments can use force or threat of force, without
declaring war, to terrorize their citizens and achieve a political goal.
2. Bioterrorism- refers to the intentional release of toxic biological agents to harm and
terrorize civilians, in the name of political or other cause.
3. Cyber Terrorism- is the use of information technology to attack civilians and draw
attention to the terrorists cause.
4. Eco Terrorism- the use of violence in the interest of environmentalism.
5. Nuclear Terrorism- refers to a number of different ways nuclear materials might be
used as a terrorist tactic.
6. Narco Terrorism- the use of violence by drug traffickers to influence governments or
prevent government’s efforts in stopping the drug trade.

Activity

At this point of time. Let us have another


activity; We’ll use the same groupings. I
have here prepared task envelops which
will be given to each groups; the task
materials to be used are all here. For
group 1 your topic is State Terrorism and
Bioterrorism, for group 2 your topic is
Cyber terrorism and Ecoterrorism, and
the group 3 your topics are Nuclear and
Narco Terrorism. All you need to do is
answer the guide questions given. Write
your answers on the materials provided
and after 5 minutes you have to present
all your work to the class by only one
presenter. Each group has the same guide
questions. (Students will answer the
questions based on their stock knowledge
about the topics)
