Tech Chemical Engineer Fresher- Production Department/TSD:

1. Assist in executing production plans as per established guidelines and schedules.
2. Learn and understand the various stages of pharmaceutical production, including
reaction, crystallization, separation and purification, filter cake washing, solvent
swapping, and solvent exchange.
3. Support senior team members in operating and monitoring production equipment to
ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance (QA), Quality
Control (QC), and Research and Development (R&D) departments, to ensure
compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
5. Perform routine checks and inspections on machinery and equipment to maintain
operational efficiency and troubleshoot minor issues under supervision.
6. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and Good
Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure a safe working environment.
7. Document all production activities accurately, including batch records, process
parameters, and any deviations encountered during manufacturing processes.
8. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and
skillset relevant to pharmaceutical production.
9. Support for problem solving, investigation, implementation of TPM, lean six sigma
etc
10. Involving in green field and brown field projects
Qualification & Specifications:
 B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or related field from a reputable institution.
 Strong academic background with a keen interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
 Basic understanding of GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations is a plus.
 Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

to minimize downtime.
2. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of equipment
maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Generate reports on equipment performance,
highlighting any deviations or issues observed during routine checks.
3. Support Projects: Aid in the execution of mechanical engineering projects by
contributing ideas, conducting research, and assisting in the design and
implementation phases.
4. Compliance and Safety: Adhere strictly to industry regulations, safety protocols, and
quality standards. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and workplace safety.
