Tech Chemical Engineer Fresher- Production Department/TSD:
1. Assist in executing production plans as per established guidelines and schedules. 2. Learn and understand the various stages of pharmaceutical production, including reaction, crystallization, separation and purification, filter cake washing, solvent swapping, and solvent exchange. 3. Support senior team members in operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standards. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Research and Development (R&D) departments, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. 5. Involving in green field and brown field projects Qualification & Specifications: B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or related field from a reputable institution. Strong academic background with a keen interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively. Basic understanding of GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations is a plus.
