attention a matter of great importance regarding my academic standing at the University of
Peshawar.

I am a student enrolled in the BS English 4th semester . Unfortunately, due to unforeseen

financial constraints, I was unable to pay the outstanding dues for my 3rd semester, which
subsequently led to my exclusion from both the mid-term and final-term examinations.
However, I am pleased to inform you that I have now successfully cleared all outstanding
dues, including those of the 3rd semester, and have also paid the fees for the current semester.
I understand the significance of fulfilling financial obligations and take full responsibility for
the delay in payment.

In light of my rectification of the outstanding dues and my commitment to academic

progress, I kindly request your esteemed office to grant me the opportunity to sit for the
makeup examinations of the 3rd semester. I assure you of my dedication and earnest efforts
to perform well in these examinations and make up for the lost academic time.

I understand that rules and regulations are essential for maintaining discipline and fairness
within the university, but I humbly request your understanding and leniency in this matter,
considering my genuine circumstances.
